We produce pasture-raised poultry, grass-fed and finished lamb and beef, pigs in silvopasture, and outdoor-grown shiitake mushrooms using soil-first, ecologically sound practices that improve biodiversity and strengthen the local food system.

Alongside our chickens, we rotationally graze lamb and beef on pasture and pigs in silvopasture. Our animals live out their entire lives on our farm. No stressful trips to the processor. Proof you can taste. Reserve a whole, half, or quarter and we’ll set your shares aside as the season’s animals come off pasture.
